The next-best thing to actually losing weight may be to read a few good losing-weight quotes. So perhaps you’ll enjoy some of these, which I picked up here and there. (And I confess to having made up one or two just for the fun of it.) |
If you have some favorite losing-weight quotes of your own, I’d love to post them. And they don’t have to be strictly about losing weight: they can simply address the issue of weight itself (as Roseanne Barr's does).
None of these quotes are meant to make fun of people who are struggling with their weight. Most of the visitors to this page, including myself, have probably carried some extra pounds at one time or another. But if we can't laugh at ourselves once in a while, we may be taking ourselves waaay to seriously.So, here we go…
